At Sublifoods, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products as perishable food items, our return and refund policy is strictly governed by UAE Consumer Protection Law to ensure health, safety, and quality standards.
2. Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
We are unable to accept returns, provide exchanges, or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or simply because of a change of mind. This is in accordance with UAE regulations which classify perishable goods as non-returnable once their packaging is opened.A return, exchange, or refund will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Faulty or Damaged Goods: If the product you receive is physically damaged (e.g., crushed, torn packaging), spoiled, or has a quality defect that is not apparent at the time of purchase.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
- Expired Product: If the product has expired or is close to its expiry date at the time of delivery.
3. Process for Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Notify Us Immediately: Contact our customer service team at customer.service@sublifoods.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide Evidence: You will be required to provide clear photographs and/or a short video of the unopened product, highlighting the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item, expiry date).
- Do Not Open or Use: For health and safety reasons, do not open or consume the product if you believe it is faulty.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected (if necessary) and will process either a replacement of the same product or a full refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 14 working days.
4. Right to Cancel (Before Shipping)
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. Please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Sublifoods Delivery Policy
- Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Express Delivery: For an additional fee, Express Delivery is available in select areas, with delivery within 24 hours. This option will be shown at checkout if available for your location.
Business days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.
- Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on your location and the size of the order. The exact delivery cost will be clearly displayed and confirmed to you before you complete your purchase.
- Failed Deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an accurate delivery address and an active contact number are provided. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order.
If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer not being available, or the customer refusing the delivery, Sublifoods reserves the right to charge a fee for any subsequent re-delivery attempts.
- Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, you have the right to refuse acceptance of the delivery. Please note this with the delivery agent and notify us immediately.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, for best results, transfer the contents to an airtight container with an oxygen absorber and seal the lid tightly.

Understanding Your Natural Product:
It is normal for pure freeze dried fruit and fruit powder to absorb moisture from the air, which can cause clumping. This is a natural process, especially in powders with a higher natural glucose content (like banana or dates). Pressure during transit can also contribute to this. The clumping is a sign of purity and does not affect the product's safety or quality. Simply break apart the clumps as needed.-
